What kind of cameras do you use, film or digital?
All digital, all top of the line Canon bodies and lens.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes, I have at least one backup of every piece of equipment. And more batteries than I can count and the charger.
How far do you travel to do weddings/sessions?
As far away as you are! We love to travel and would be honored to travel to you for your wedding or portrait session. Travel fees may apply, so contact us to discuss further. Multiple day destination wedding packages are also available.
Who will be photographing me?.
It will always be Eric as your main photographer, but he might have a 2nd photographer with him at certain weddings. Occasionally he has an intern with him also. And sometimes his oldest son is with him learning the ropes as an assitant.
Do you do any retouching to our photos?
Yes, we can retouch your final prints. Your photos have 3 versions of life. 1st is the raw image
right out of the camera where nothing has been corrected , 2nd is the proof image as you will see in your proof book, these are color and exposure corrected only, 3rd is the final print where we will adjust color, exposure, sharpness, etc specifically for that file to make your print look awesome. Minor retouching of blemishes is free on all signature products ordered and is available for a small fee on standard prints. Major retouching is available for a fee.
How do you store our images and for how long?
We store them on multiple hard drives, internal to our server, external backups and off site backups. All files are automatically backed up every night to ensure you image is absolutely safe. We will keep your images for as long as it takes to complete the job and then some.
